The adsorption rotor worked as core parts of dehumidifier adopts
high strength adiabatic material as base material and has honeycomb
shape pipeline structure. Complex adsorbent form a huge adsorption
surface in the substrate equably, in order to guarantee the maximum
contact then achieve dehumidification purpose effectively.
Dehumidifier sealing devices are divided into 270o sector, and the
regeneration of the area is 90o. It adopts positive pressure air
flow and silicon-fluorine elastic sealing material in the runner
around closely, and the area between desiccant area and
regeneration area are also designed elastic closed. The raw damp
air which need to be handled(process air) is delivered into rotor
dehumidifier area by process fan, then the relative low humidity
can be get after the moisture in the air absorbed by adsorption. In
the meantime, the regeneration air will into rotor process area
reversely after heating(110~140℃). At there the the water which is
absorbed by absorbent will be take out and away. This step can
recover the moisture absorption ability of absorbent. The runner
has a slow speed as 18 rotate per hour. The whole process is a
recycle system between dehumidification and regeneration to ensure
continuous dehumidification effect and get dry air stably.
The rotor dehumidifier controller use high-performance SCM with
the function of self-check, power off memory, LCD Backbit display,
regular operation, Temperature and humidity conditioning,
accumulated running time, error tip etc. The system can be operate

In powder off, click this button once, enter the boot state.
In powder on, click this button once, enter the shutdown state.

1). Clocking setting
After power on, the buzzer rang sound twice, it's available for
us to set current time after LCD display clock flashing. The steps
are showed as below:
Mode 1: Click once the plus or minus button, the minutes plus or
minus 1 minute.
Mode 2: If you hold the two buttons 3 seconds, the mode changes
to even plus or minus mode, the minutes plus or minus 10 minute
after Clicking once the plus or minus button.
Mode 3: If the minutes reach to 60, the mode changes to hour
model, plus or minus 1 hour once you click om the button.
After finishing the setting, the flashing clock will flash fifth
Ps: Setting is not allowed when the flashing clock is flashing.
2). Heater temperature Settings:
The setting can be done when the Press the LCD display electric
operator and the temperature flashing after click the【SET】 button 1
time. Click once the plus or minus button, the minutes plus or
minus 1 degree. If you hold the two buttons 3 seconds, the mode
changes to even plus or minus mode. After finishing the setting,
the flashing clock will flash fifth as mark.
3)The wind humidity Settings:
The wind humidity can be setting when the LCD display humidity
flashing after click the setting button twice. Click once the plus
or minus button, the minutes plus or minus 1%RH. If you hold the
two buttons 3 seconds, the mode changes to even plus or minus mode.

Principle of desiccant dehumidifier
The core part of desiccant dehumidifieris cellular structure
desiccant rotor, formed by special ceramic fiber composite and
silica gel. The rotor is divided into two areas by a seal device,
one is process area(dehumidification area), the other is
reactivation area. When the dehumidifier is in operation, two
streams of air pass through two areas simultaneously. One is the
air that will be dehumidified by silica gel in rotor, the other is
hot air used to dry the running rotor so that it will be able to
remove moisture again. The moisture is taken away by the hot and
very humid air steam.
